BUŽA MUŠKA The most widespread autochthonous olive variety in Istria, highly valued for its resistance and aromatic oil.

ROSINJOLA The “queen” of olive groves, highly valued for its abundant yield and its oil with pronounced fruity notes and mild pungency.

KARBONACA A local variety that has been revitalized thanks to the recovery of old, abandoned trees. It produces oils with a pronounced pungency and a refreshing note.

SMARTEL Although an excellent olive for oil production, the cultivar Smartel is not commonly found in olive groves in southern Istria.

MORAŽOLA Also called the “mother” of the olive grove, it produces a thick oil characterised by an intense flavor. Its trees are recognizable by its dark green leaves and lush crown.

OCEANA Despite being over 400 years old and one of the oldest olive trees in the grove, this variety remains unknown and undetermined. We named it Oceana.

VASIANA Despite being over 400 years old and one of the oldest olive trees in the grove, this variety remains unknown and undetermined. We named it Vasiana.
